Religious Philosophy Lesson 24

MY VIEW: PhD ON RELIGIOUS PHILOSOPHY LESSON 24 (MASTER)
NB: I am doing this program because I saw in your website it will enable me add PhD in Religious Philosophy in my feather and title. Therefore if PhD in Religious Philosophy is not awarded, my aim is defeated. And this lesson 24 says "This is the last lesson for the Philosophy of Religion course" Is it that the write ups and food for thought have sufficed for the award? If that is how the program is structured for this award, I have nothing against it. I just need the award not for the sake of job anyway. Thanks.

·       Meaning of Philosophy of Religion
It means an "inquiry into the nature of man's belief in and reverence for a superhuman power."
·       In this lesson 24, one of the subheadings is "Does Religion Have a Future?"
MY VIEW:  Much has been said in the lesson pointing out that religion actually has future. That is also my personal believe. Citing the point from the lesson, religion will not be "stamped out" politically. Many countries have tried it but it appears that, whenever and wherever religion was "outlawed" (i.e. eliminated as an act of political force), it simply "went underground." And, once the legal restrictions and repression ended, it seemed to quickly reappear — regardless of whether the duration of the repression was short (e.g. 14 years in Afghanistan), moderate (e.g. 33 years in Cuba), or long (e.g. 74 years in Russia).

Thanks,
Yours in Him,
Ikpenwa, Chizoba Gabriel
